Quarterly digest - Retention, nurturing & inbound
This retention campaign was a quarterly mobile data & insights report. The report was used to keep in touch with current clients by providing data on how well their marketplace performed the previous quarter. It was also used to nurture current leads that had not closed yet. We sent them overall marketplace performance data so they could see what to expect after partnering with us. Finally, we used the quarterly update to attract new leads through inbound marketing. We did that by generating SEO/SEM with a blog post and social media.
