Our Parmesan-Herb Roasted Potatoes are a classic side dish elevated to perfection. We start with hearty russet potatoes, sliced and seasoned with a fragrant blend of Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. The potatoes are first coated in extra virgin olive oil, then tossed with melted butter and grated parmesan cheese for an incredibly rich flavor.
