Welcome! I’m Michael, and I provide personalized meal prep designed to make life easier for busy individuals and families. All meals are available for either pick up or delivery within the Lamorinda, Walnut Creek, and Rossmoor neighborhoods.
What's Included
Groceries Groceries are billed at cost plus a sourcing and handling fee. I shop at Whole Foods, Safeway, Trader Joe's, or your preferred store. Organic and pasture-raised proteins are priced at market rate.
Preparation, Labor & Packaging
$32 per dish. One dish = one recipe portioned into 4 servings — that's just $8 per meal in labor, plus groceries.
Complex dishes — anything multi-component such as stuffed proteins, layered bakes, or dishes with a made-from-scratch sauce — may count as 1.5 dishes ($48) and will always be flagged in advance.

Unlike any subscription service, every session is built around your household — your dietary needs, your preferred proteins, your toddler's palate. Meals are made fresh and delivered or ready for pickup within days, not shipped in a cooler from a warehouse.

Scheduling & Payment
- Weekly or bi-weekly cadence available
- Sessions confirmed with a 50% deposit
- Remainder due upon delivery or pickup
- Menu finalized 48 hours before prep day — changes after that roll to the next session or may trigger a revised quote

- Lemon Herb Chicken Breast — Pasture-raised chicken breast over brown rice with roasted zucchini, carrots, and a bright lemon-herb drizzle
- Cilantro-Lime Chicken Bowl — Marinated chicken thighs with black beans, avocado, and brown rice — toddler-friendly with mild seasoning
- Garlic Chicken & Broccoli Stir-Fry — Chicken with broccoli and bell pepper in a clean garlic-ginger glaze over brown rice
- Honey-Glazed Taco Chicken Bites — Bite-sized chicken in a mild taco-honey marinade, caramelized and easy to reheat — toddler-friendly
- Slow-Roasted Pork Chops — Thick-cut pasture-raised pork chops seared golden and finished in the oven — juicy, simply seasoned, and excellent reheated
- Cast-Iron Tri-Tip Steak — Grass-fed tri-tip seared to a deep crust and finished in the oven, sliced thin against the grain. Best at medium-rare — reheats gently for maximum tenderness (note: best enjoyed within 2–3 days of prep)
- Herb-Roasted Salmon — Wild-caught sockeye salmon with lemon, dill, and seasonal roasted vegetables — asparagus, sweet potato, or zucchini (best within 2–3 days of prep)

- Fully Loaded Baked Frittata — Oven-baked frittata with sautéed vegetables, spinach, and goat cheese — customizable with bacon or ham. Optional hash brown crust available. (complex dish — 1.5x if loaded with meats or hash brown crust)
- Egg Bites — Muffin-tin style baked eggs with your choice of mix-ins — spinach, bell pepper, mushrooms, or bacon. Easy to customize, refrigerates well for 4 days
Grain Bowls & Salads
- Quinoa Salad with Shredded Veggies — Fluffy quinoa tossed with shredded carrots, zucchini, parsley, lemon, and olive oil — excellent for meal prep, flavors improve overnight
