​Thank you for considering me to care for your dog. My priority is to provide a safe, comfortable, and fun home-away-from-home for your dog.

I care for only a limited number of dogs at a time—so your pet gets full attention, regular exercise, and plenty of love.

I’ve raised my own dog for almost 12 years, fostered dogs until they found forever homes, and since starting my Rover profile in July 2025, I’ve earned all 5-star reviews from clients who often rebook.

About the House
  • Located in suburban Moraga within walking distance to the Lafayette-Moraga Regional trail.
  • Two-minute drive to Mulholland open preserve for exercise walks.
  • The backyard faces Mulholland preserve (no access to preserve from the house). We get cows, deer, bunnies, hawks, vultures, and coyotes (although, none have come in the actual backyard).
  • Large, secured fenced backyard with shade trees, sunny grass, and cool cement. The dogs are always supervised while outside.
  • Two couches in two different rooms (can separate dogs if they need quiet time or need to eat alone).
  • Dogs are typically not allowed in bedrooms or bathrooms (but exceptions have been made).​
Typical Boarding Schedule
The following schedule can be tailored to fit your dog’s needs:
  • 7am: breakfast + quick walk
  • 9am: exercise walk (15 min to 1 hour on a local trail)
  • 10 - noon: naps or backyard time
  • Noon: lunch
  • Afternoon: backyard playtime / indoor naps / optional second exercise walk
  • 5pm: dinner
  • 6pm: quick evening walk
  • Evening: backyard or couch time
Pick Up / Drop Off
  • Available between sunrise and sunset
  • Text upon arrival; I’ll meet you at the driveway
  • No ringing the doorbell to reduce stress for the dogs
  • Owners do not enter the yard or house (reduces separation anxiety)

Extended Care
  • During overnight boarding stays, if pick up is more than one hour after drop off time, it’s 50% of the nightly rate
  • For daycare more than 9 hours, add 50% of the daily rate
Examples: 
  • Boarding: 7am drop-off on first day → 5pm pick-up on last day = $60 for the last day
  • Daycare: 7am drop-off → 6pm pick-up = $110

Payment Options
When booking directly, I accept Credit Cards, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.

When you book me through Rover, you pay through Rover with an additional 11% booking fee that includes:
  • 24/7 phone support
  • Up to $25,000 in reimbursable vet bills in the rare event of an emergency
  • Secure payment processing
  • All new clients receive a $20 credit toward the first booking

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your pet’s stay.

Cancellation policy
  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before drop off will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before drop‑off are non‑refundable.

Why we do this
Your booking reserves a dedicated spot for your pet. Last‑minute cancellations often mean we cannot fill that space, so this policy helps us maintain availability for committed clients while covering our preparation costs.

  3. Recommend a trial run (daycare or single overnight boarding) before longer stays.
  4. Secure booking with payment. ​
Seeing the House
I am happy to do a free, live video tour of the house. Current photos, videos, and reviews are available on Instagram and Rover. I also have pics of the house and yard available here.  If you like a tour of the backyard, a $70 deposit is required that will be applied to your first booking, and is dependent on availability.
